Digital profiles are a new way to replace CV. They are a new platform that enables people to take over there career, replacing CV with digital profiles. As the world is becoming more digital many people have started to create online digital profiles so employers can find future employees and allow people to show their own skills.

Digital Profiling can outline people's true characteristics and true skills they have, it shows employers how they can perform with certain equipment, platforms and app to use in the certain media they use such as short films, documentary and photography.

Platforms such as Create Britain are websites that allow people in the media industry to show of there skills, works and much more to future employers but also allow to show employers there development through out there work. This platforms helps out people starting into the media industry.

My Digital Profiles

Digital Profiles are very important in this day and age as everything is becoming more digitized, it is very important to me and anyone who want to create an online identity and brand. 

For my business digital profiles they will be on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and Facebook as they are the three main public platforms and also they are made for people to upload their media content and it is easy to upload and post about my business.

 

I have yet to upload much of my content yet as I want to have everything prepared for each week and monthly things as my page is organized. On my Facebook and Instagram platforms I will have short clips and trailers of my short films and documentaries I have and am going to make in order to interest the audience so they would have to go to my YouTube to watch it in full. 

Digital Profile Analysis

 JackSepticeye or Sean William McLoughlin  

JackSepticeye is on Online Influencer who has a large digital Profile, mainly on YouTube. He has been creating media content for over a decade now, he began with making small videos on him playing video games such as the walking dead and indie games. He is know a well known YouTube Personality as his channel has now 29 million subscribers.

As his YouTube has grown so much over the decade his has able to start his own coffee company called Top Of the Morning, an homage to how he starts every single of his YouTube video off with. He has built his brand over the year with collaborating with other Youtubers and Business owners such as Markiplier, Five nights at Freddy's and many other brands. He would not have been able to succeed as well as he did if he did not have a digital profile with so many people following and supporting him.

Through his he has been able to expand his business and more opportunities for his business to grow even more over the years to come. 

I believe JackSepticeye is one of the best people to have a large digital profile due to how he is a charismatic man who takes time out of day to record and post funny YouTube content to make people smile but also he holds a live stream each year around Christmas called Thankmas were he partners with the World's Central Kitchen to raises money to give meals to homeless people all over the world. 

This year for Thank mas he had famous guest join him on the stream such as Jack Black, Markiplier and Pokimane, he also was able to meet his goal of raising 10 million dollars to the charity. He was very emotional when he meet his goal and began to thank so many people for donating. Thankmas is mainly hosted by Jack but he had now made it were many other streams big or small can join in and live stream to raise money for the charity, it is now a world live event all over every Social Media platform.

Andrew Tate

Andrew Tate is another Online Influencer, who is said to promote masculinity to young members of society through major social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Unlike JackSepticeye he is a real danger to society, he uses his platforms to express his sexist and homophobic views. 

Andrew used to be a Kick boxer winning many different types of championships and many more awards for this wins but now he is an influence who promotes Ultra masculine and ultra luxurious lifestyles.

He became very popular during lock down and many people, mainly young men, began to follow him and started to believe in his sexist views of men and women. He believes that women are below men and should do everything a man says as they are not any better than men, he also believes that men who cry or show emotion are not masculine at all. 

From the growth of his videos going viral, Andrew unfortunately was able to grew his business even more and with his brother, Tristan Tate,  was able to make Hustlers University were they teach people the trading markets and how to manipulate them to make loads of money. Many young people brought into his pyramid scheme. he said to members if they were able to convince friends and family to join the online university they would get a cut of the people they recommended money.    

I believe that Andrew is one of the people in this world who does not deserve a digital platforms as his view break society in the worst way possible and send our society back in time were men believed that women should stay at ho,e and they should do the work as women are weaker than them. He flaunts his amazing lifestyle alongside his brother by showing of his houses and cars on social media platform while promoting his online school and showing people what they could have. 

Currently Andrew Tate's digital Profiles of major platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok all have been banned as many people say he is a danger to society due to his sexist ideologies.

He also has been arrested by the Romania Police due to the report that they have been using there platforms to  use women without their consent, they are currently in detention cells due to there scams and horrible crimes they have committed against many people.

Digital Profiles are able to give bad people platforms but many do not last as online communities come together and are able to put at stop to most of them. 

Create Britain Profile Research

Many people and business use Create Britain in order to show people there own creating either looking for work or partnerships between them. 

Studio Graphene 

Studio Graphene is an digital agency who invent, experiment and creative new ways of using existing technology, apps, websites and IoT software. 

At the start of the profile they have a banner telling people they are Studio Graphene to welcome people into their profile. Underneath they have the profile picture which is their logo so people can easily identify them.

They have linked in all of there other social media platforms such as Twitter, email, Instagram and Facebook page so people can easily look at more of there work and there interaction to people on social platforms.

Studio Graphene has also written
a small paragraph about their business in order to tell people what type of business they are and how they conduct as a business.

In Create Britain it gives the option to show the Creative Disciplines to show the audience what you specialize in such as Digital Media & Technology, Photography and much more. These can make it easier for looking for certain business and people who specialize in certain area they need, many business will just specialize in one area but they will explain in each area there skills and also demonstrate the products they made. 

For Studio Grahpene they main creative discipline is Digital Media and Technology as it is the main construct of their business. Underneath it they have certain areas dedicated to the works they have done in the digital media and technology such as App design, they have pictures to show evidence and a paragraph to explain the work they have done with app design.

At the bottom of the profile they have the location of the business as people know where they are located, they are currently located in London. This is a great way to know where business are located without using google maps but also to show how far are close people are aswell.

Ella Palmer

Ella Palmer is a student studying photography at Sheffield Hallam University, she has created a Create Britain account in order to show off her photography skills to future employers. She is an amazing example of a digital profile as she is able to show of her photography skills and her identity through her photographs. 

She currently does not have a banner which welcomes to people to her page but that might change in due time.

For her page title she has put BA (HONS) Photography in order to tell people before they click on the profile that she is an university student studying on photography to potential employers. 

She has linked all of social media platforms in order for people to see more of her works and see how people have responded to the posts on different social media platforms.

She has written three paragraphs for the introduction to her page telling us all about what she is studying,  skills she currently has, her experience and why she has chosen to do photography as a career.  Under the profile she has added some featured work to show the types of skills and media she is able to experiment and use. This is a great way to physically show the type of products and content people are able to make.

For her Creative Discipline wheel she has added loads of skills from different areas such as Photography, Fine Art, Printmaking, TV and Film and Exhibitions and shows. This is able to give a sort way of showing people the types of media areas she has experience is in and when you select a small part of it it shows the sub area they have experience with.

With each area of media she has experience with she has shown proof of the area she has worked in but also written small paragraphs talking about her own experience with creating the media and why she has done so.

Conclusion

From my research into digital profiles, I have concluded that people with a large digital profile are able to influences. I know for my business I will have to create content that is trendy and can easily fit into the algorithm. I know Digital Profiles are very important in this day and age and must be used very responsibility as many people can be influenced online, I would have to be an account that keeps up with this current generation.
